1. Entertainment Purposes Only

All readings, sessions, and related services provided by Receive With Kim are offered for entertainment and personal exploration purposes only. Nothing communicated during a session constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on information received during a reading. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional for matters requiring such expertise.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session through this website. By completing a booking, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any session if we have reasonable grounds to believe a client is a minor.

3. No Guarantees

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information communicated during a reading or session. Psychic and mediumistic phenomena cannot be scientifically verified, and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Results vary by individual.

4. Complimentary Sessions

All sessions offered through Receive With Kim are currently provided at no charge as part of an active practice period. No payment information is required to book. Sessions are offered as an exploration and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify our complimentary offering at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Scheduling: Sessions are booked by direct request and confirmed by email. Please arrive on time for your scheduled Zoom or phone call.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling by You: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to someone else.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you may not be offered a future session.
• Cancellation by Us: If we must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all session content as confidential. We will not disclose the content of your reading to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. Please note that if information is disclosed during a session that indicates an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, we may be legally obligated to report such information to appropriate authorities.

7. Recordings

Session recordings may be offered at our discretion or upon prior arrangement. You may not record a session without our express written consent. Any recording provided is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Receive With Kim and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
